Conditions of Registration

Registration Fee, 230 Euros

The registration fee is divided into two parts. Euro 80 is an administrative fee that is not part of the tuition. The remaining Euro 150 is a down payment on your tuition fee. This will be deducted from your total tuition upon your arrival. Together with the registration form ( form for printing-faxing or from for online by email ), two options at your disposal:

  1. The 230 Euro registration fee per person can be sent to the school in a check in Euros as an International Bank Draft. This should be made to the order of Edmond v. Saenger payable at a French bank in France. Please advise your bank to use a correspondent bank in France not one in Germany, Italy or Spain as it happens too often! At that time, we will have to charge you the extra 50 Euros the bank is taking for extra paperwork.
  2. The 230 Euros registration fee per person can be transferred by an Wire Transfer Order from your bank to our bank in France according to instructions we will send you prior to your registration.

Registration Form

  • For printing & faxing, should be sent to the school together with the check in Euros for the registration fee in a regular air mailed letter (not a registered one please...).
  • For registration online, according to instructions we will send you just prior to your registration. In both cases, we will send you a confirmation of your registration. At that time you will receive the name and address of the family or hotel where you will be residing as well as some useful information concerning your stay.

Tuition And Accommodation Fees

These will be paid upon your arrival at the school on the first day of the course. Payments should be made in cash (Euros), by traveller's check or with a bank draft in Euros.

Cancellation Fee

There is a cancellation fee of Euro 30 that is included in the registration fee of Euro 80. If the school receives a written notice of cancellation two weeks before the course starts, the full down payment and the registration fee, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded. Once the course is in session, the registration fee down payment and full tuition and accommodation fees are not refundable. Travel insurance coverage is very important should anything unexpected happen just prior to your departure or during your visit.

Mutual Rules of Conduct

The management of the school will see to it that all the available courses and programs offered in this website are fulfilled to the best of our ability. The best publicity and reward we can achieve are participants who are happy and satisfied. In return we expect from the students a positive attitude and behavior in the classrooms, with their host families or hotels and during school outings so as to insure an enjoyable stay that is both intellectually challenging and culturally rewarding.

Accountability

The organization responsible for the French language courses is France Langue & Culture, a private school registered in France.

Your current web browser must be updated to version 7 of Internet Explorer (IE7) to take advantage of all of template's capabilities.

Why should I upgrade to Internet Explorer 7? Microsoft has redesigned Internet Explorer from the ground up, with better security, new capabilities, and a whole new interface. Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
